Our Work · Removals booking

Instant removals quotes — bookings that book themselves

Self-serve booking with an instant, tamper-proof quote engine — live for a UK removals firm since April 2026.

This is a booking and instant-pricing platform for UK removals firms and man-and-van operators. Customers get an accurate quote in seconds and book themselves in, while the office runs jobs and pricing rules from an admin panel with automated email workflows. It replaced a UK removals firm's WordPress-plus-spreadsheet-plus-manual-pricing setup with one platform, and has been live since April 2026.

Removals booking platform — instant quotes and self-serve booking

One platform, shaped around your business — not the other way round.

You're not buying rigid, off-the-shelf software. You get a proven system we tailor to how your trade actually works, then deploy and hand over — and you own it.

Sound familiar?

The day-to-day this replaces

Every quote is three callbacks and a lost afternoon.
Prices live in a spreadsheet and your memory, and they slip.
Jobs, dates and crews are scattered across WordPress, email and paper.
Slow quotes mean the job goes to whoever answered first.

A look inside

One system, from first enquiry to final payment

Instant, accurate quotes

Customers answer a few questions and get a price in seconds — calculated server-side so it can't be tampered with (a real exploit we found and closed).

Self-serve booking

Once they've got their quote, customers book the job themselves — day or night, without a phone call.

Jobs & pricing rules in one admin

The office manages jobs, dates and the pricing rules behind every quote from a single panel.

Automated email workflows

Confirmations and updates go out on their own, so no one's chasing paperwork between quote and move day.

How it works

A proven platform, tailored to you

We mapped the process

We looked at how quotes were built and how jobs were tracked — and where the callbacks and lost time came from.

We tailored the platform

The firm got a booking platform set up with their pricing rules and radius-based service area.

We deployed it live

Self-serve booking and the admin panel went live in April 2026, replacing a WordPress + spreadsheet stack.

They own it

It's their platform, their pricing and their customer data. We run and support it; they stay in control.

Running live today

Proof, not a prototype

Live for a UK removals firm since April 2026, this replaced a WordPress site, a pricing spreadsheet and manual quoting with a single platform. During the build we found and closed a real exploit that let customers alter their own quote — pricing now runs server-side.

Frequently Asked

Common questions, honest answers

How does the pricing logic work?
You set the rules — distance, volume, access, extras — and the engine calculates every quote from them, server-side so it can't be gamed.
What about odd items or special jobs?
Special cases can be built into the rules, or flagged for you to price manually before the customer books.
Can I take deposits?
Payment and deposit steps can be added to the booking flow — we'd scope how you want to take money.
Does it handle my calendar?
Jobs and dates live in the admin panel; calendar integration is part of what we tailor to your operation.
My rates change seasonally — can it cope?
Yes. The pricing rules are yours to change, so seasonal rates are just a rule update.
What about van and crew allocation?
Jobs carry the detail your team needs, and crew and van allocation can be built around how you dispatch.
