Customers book online and get an instant free estimate; the business runs quotes, invoices, live card payments, collection and delivery, and automated customer updates from a single admin app. It has run an established UK cleaning company's day-to-day operations end to end since January 2025, taking real card payments — and a second cleaning business now runs on the same platform. It's the clearest example of what we do: take a business off WhatsApp and paper, and put it on software it owns.

Who owns the data and the system?
The business does. The platform runs on their own accounts and infrastructure, and the customers, bookings and content are theirs. This is how we build everything — you own it, and you can stay with us or move on.
Does it work alongside an existing website?
Yes. The booking and estimate forms can sit on a current site, or we provide a customer app that matches the brand — whichever suits how the business works.
What about card fees?
Payments run on live Stripe under the owner's own account, so card fees are Stripe's standard rates — we don't add a markup. We set the whole thing up and hand over the keys.
How long does something like this take to go live?
Because the platform already exists and runs live today, it's a matter of configuring a proven system rather than building from scratch. It depends on how much is tailored — the honest answer is we'd scope it with you first.
Can it be adapted to a different kind of business?
Yes — that's the whole point. The same components (booking, quoting, payments, notifications, portals) are how we build for very different trades. We shape the platform around the business, not the other way round.
